With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Joan Bilger (Fort Wayne, Indiana), who passed away on March 22, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Vaughn B. Sloniker and Wilma I. Sloniker. She is survived by: her children, Suzette Mitchell of Fort Wayne, IN, Timm Bilger (Diane) of Churubusco, IN, Ned Bilger (Cheryl) of Fort Wayne, IN, Luke Bilger (Karen) of Churubusco, IN and Marie Carlisle of Fort Wayne, IN; her sister Marjorie Miller of Albion, IN.; and her husband Clem George Bilger. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
