She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Muter and Violet Muter; and her husband Ronald "Ron" Shappell. She is survived by: her children, Randal Shappell (Cathy), Jeff Shappell (Laurie) and Jill Smith (Steve Munson); her grandchildren, Luke, Wesley, Jarrod, Jordan and Conner; and her brother Jim Muter (Karen). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
