He was predeceased by: his parent Merrit Windsor; and his sons, Ralph Windsor, Scott Windsor and Danny Windsor. He is survived by: his children, Angela Foley (Douglas) of Fremont, IN and Wayne Windsor of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; three brothers and two sisters.
