With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ramona D. Eley of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Terre Haute, Indiana, who passed away on February 24, 2024 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert McKee and Elander McKee (Hudson); her husband Jackson Eley; her daughter Sharon Denise Fraze; her grandsons, Aaron Fraze and Drake Shammas; her son-in-law Duane Fraze; and her siblings, Jack McKee and Shirley Gill.

She is survived by: her children, Dan Eley (Donna) of Morris and Sheila Shammas (Elie) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Emily Fraze of Winchester, Joe Eley of Oklahoma, Mariah Smith of Fort Wayne and Tabitha Clagg of Oklahoma; and her stepgrandchildren, Joshua Cordell of Oklahoma and Amanda Shuler of Muncie.

Ramona was very aware of her approaching journey Home, and very ready to meet the Lord. I'm sure she's enjoying the eternal miracle of being with the Lord and her loved ones now.”
