He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramona Ortiz Nevares and Raul Delgado, Sr. (Rudy); his son Alex Matthew Delgado; and his brothers, Marten Galvan (Marty), Richard Nevares and Gilbert Nevares.

He is survived by: his daughter Desiree Marie Berridge; his grandchildren, Julian Delgado Berridge and Adrian Tyler Berridge; his sisters, Delores and San Juana Isbell; Josh Berridge. He is also survived by three nephews, two nieces, four great-nieces, and one great-nephew.
