He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond A. Celie, Sr. and Gloria McLoughlin (May). He is survived by: his wife Renee Celie; his children, Heather Davis (Marty) and David Brockhaus (Rosie); his grandchildren, Sydney Aker (Dylan), Dylan Brockhaus and Dominic Brockhaus; his great grandchildren, Mason and Rowan; and his siblings, Mike Celie, Patti Meek, Jeff Celie and Michelle Trail.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
