He is survived by: his former wife Ruth Aughbaugh; his wife Barbara O'Connell-Moyer; his children, Judith Overholser (Gene), William "Bill" Moyer (Barbara) and Jane Shown (Timothy); and his sister Evelyn Madigan. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
