He is survived by: his children, Joy Williams Penson, Margo Williams Hubbard (David), Michele Foote and Chad Williams; and his siblings, Barbara Ratliff, Ronnie Williams and Harry Williams. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
