She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Bogner and Dolores Bogner (Breighof); her daughter Julie Gard; her brother Bruce Bogner; and her grandson Cullen Surine.
She is survived by: her husband George Surine; her sons, Larry Surine of Fort Wayne, IN and Don Surine (Connie Chapman) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her grandchildren, Devin (Kalah), Alex Surine and Mariah Coventry.
