Miller (Rice) of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; his wife Emily Miller of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his children, Brinn Miller (Daniel Thoelke) and Lucas Miller; his siblings, Sheree Trace (Keith) of Mt. Airy, Maryland, Jackie Gartner (Joe) of Litiz, Pennsylvania, Gary Miller of Litiz, Pennsylvania, Susan Bernhardt (Bruce) of Coatesville, Indiana and Laurie Kunst (Joe) of Willow Springs, Illinois; his sister-in-law Teri Freeby of Fort Wayne, Indiana; his sister Jennifer Bradtmueller (Mark) of New Haven, Indiana; and his niece Amber.
In lieu of flowers, Rick's family would ask that memorials be given in his memory to Star 88.3 Radio Station or Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
