Richard Bendele Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Bendele (Fort Wayne, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 24, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Bendele and Betty Bendele (Voorhies); and his sister Phyllis Adams. He is survived by: his wife Diana Bendele; his daughters, Jessica Tuffs and Melissa Phounsavath (Sai); his grandchildren, Alicia Xayyachack (Pone), James Deleon, Brenden, Kaeden and Siann Pho; his great grandchildren, Sophia Orellana, Junior Xay and Santiago Deleon; and his sister Carol Zent.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church (917 W Jefferson Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN 46802).
