He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Sr. Foust and Elda Foust; and his brother Charles Jr.. He is survived by: his significant other Diana; and his sibling's children, Cheryl Luark (Mark), Michael Foust (Kristie) and Mark Foust (Jenny).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ekklesia Church (12616 Spencerville Rd, Harlan, IN 46743). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
