It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard M. Wade of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Wade and Alvin Wade; and his siblings, Waneta Koehlinger, Ann Gebhart, Dorothy Hartzog and Alvin Wade.

He is survived by: his sisters, Alvina Koomler and Charlotte Wade. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception or donors choice.
