She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Ruckel; her parents, Joseph Schnurr and Bessie Schnurr; and her siblings, Catherine McDonald, Dorine Fabian, Mary Ellen Hyndman and Joseph Schnurr.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Glassley (Jeff), Julie Ottenweller (Michael), Barbara Magsamen (John), Charles Ruckel (Lori) and James Ruckel (Krista); and her grandchildren, Ryan Ottenweller (Jes), David Ottenweller (Melissa), Emily Rondot (Tony), Lauren Didier (Tony), Jason Glassley (Katie), Adam Glassley, Matt Glassley (Morgan), Whitney Ruckel, Hannah Hartman (Scott), Shane Ruckel (Michelle), Ben Magsamen (Kara), Abbi Heater (Ryan), Luke Magsamen (Sarah) and Olivia Ruckel. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
