We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2023, at the age of 82, Robert J Askins of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Bernard Askins; his brothers, Michael and Terrance; and his brother-in-law Robert Schussler. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stoeckley; his children, Beth Shamo (Christopher), Kim Bergle (Kenny), Mark Askins (Wendy), Thomas Askins (Brenda) and Brian Askins (Rachel); and his sisters, Mary Shepherd (Larry) and Sheila Schussler. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
