He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Barrett and Maxine Barrett (Schulte). He is survived by: his son Randy Barrett; his sister Elizabeth Staples; his nieces, Susan Thomas (Bo), Beth Bowles (Barry) and Joyce Staples; and his great-nieces, Holly Thomas, Maigan Bowles and Delaney Bowles.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverview Cemetery South Bend (2300 Portage Ave, South Bend, IN 46616).
