He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Garner and Hazel Garner (Robertson); and his wife Mildred T. Garner (Millie). He is survived by: his sister Donna Garner; his children, John Garner (Melissa) and Melinda Garner; his grandchildren, Christian Garner (Tiane) and Caroline Fansler (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Maxwell, Thayer, Winifred Garner, Jack and Jonah Fansler. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
