The memory of Robert Edward Gerdom of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Gerdom and Virginia Gerdom (Christman); his wife Anna M. Gerdom (Hine); his son Edward R. Gerdom; his son-in-law Michael Lansaw; and his sisters, Marjorie Schrader, Mildred Gerdom and Mary Gerdom.
He is survived by: his children, Michael R. Gerdom, Stephen R. Gerdom, Laura A. Watercutter (Bill), Susan A. Lansaw, Linda A. Conrad (Kevin), David Gerdom (Mary Beth) and Mary Taylor. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (4916 Trier Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).
