He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Justice and Anna Mae Justice (Johnson); his sons, Bobby Mitchell and Kevin Justice (Kelly Justice); and his brothers, William H. Justice, E. Ray Justice, James R. Justice and John C. Justice.
He is survived by: his close friend Judy C. Alford of Bluffton; his children, Michael Perry of Bluffton, Angel Stabelli of Fort Wayne, Wendy Lasher (Romuald) of Tell City, Chad Justice of Warsaw and Kyle Justice (Samantha) of Warsaw; and his sisters, Mary Frasure (Jim) of North Manchester, Sarah Polly Cantrell of Wabash, Peggy Jewel Orr of Wabash and Betty McKillip of Wabash. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
