He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. McKoon and Alice K. McKoon (Roe); and his sister Dorothy McKoon. He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda Stout (Richard), Dennis McKoon (Barbara), Dale McKoon and Marion; and his nieces and nephews, John Black Jr., Michael Black, Nicholas McKoon, Justin McKoon, Melissa McKoon and Jade McKoon.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shirley & Stout Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
