He is survived by: his parents, Clayton Leroy and Judith Marion Tame of Fort Wayne, IN; his daughters, Breanna Revelle (Jason) of Eau Claire, WI and Jennifer Tame (Ryan) of South Bend, WI; and his brother Jeffrey Tame (Juanita). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
