He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Berger and Esther Berger (Goetter); his wife Mary Berger (Schnedler); and his brother Daniel D. Berger. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca A. Caskey (Wallace), Daniel T. Berger, Amy Berger-McNitt (Tim) and Andrew J. Berger; and his brother Clyde Berger. He is also survived by four grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
