He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Carl. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Billmyer of Utah; his daughters, Jennifer Billmyer-Horne (Roger), Melanie Goodman (David) of Utah and Kristina Starbuck (William) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Leila Rowbotham and Dallas Rowbotham; and his sisters, Rhonda Rabuck (Gary) of Tennessee and Rebecca Gaisford. He is also survived by step brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews.
