He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cramer and Martha Ivan Cramer (Haley); and his siblings, Melvin Cramer, Donald Cramer, Philip Cramer, Virginia Cox, Janice Ann King and Thelma Bianco.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Turrin (Seth) of Ossian, Jacqueline Davis (William) of Mt. Etna, Lisa Decker (Kevin) of Van Wert and Marcia Cramer-Hodle (Charlie) of Tanner, Alabama; his grandchildren, Torrie Bartalone, Lorrie Decker, Brett Davis, Jessica Davis, Paul Turrin and Samuel Turrin; and his great grandchildren, Daniel Bartalone Jr., Jay Jeter Bartalone, Violet Dressler, Camille Dressler and Vincen Dressler.
