He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Gail Stevens and Betty June Hall Stevens; and his brother Michael Ray. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Kroehl-Boyer; his daughter Ronetta Marhoover (Richard); his granddaughter Emily Marhoover; his sister-in-law Juanita Ray; and his niece Cristina Durnell (Kyle).
