He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Wurst and Rose Mary Wurst (Grothaus); and his sister Mary Kay Stegaman. He is survived by: his wife Carol Miller of Fort Wayne; his children, Charles Wurst (Katharine), Renee Clauss (Colby) and Timothy Wurst (Trina); and his siblings, Roch Wurst (Phoebe), Anne Leah Stegaman and Marge Ricker (Marvin). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
