Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Rosalee Hockenberry of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 89, on October 19, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Kirkwood and Mable Kirkwood; her spouse Thomas "Tom" L. Hockenberry; her sons, Bill J. Hockenberry and Tom B. Hockenberry; and her siblings, Kay, Shirley, Sharon and Charles Kirkwood.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Hockenberry of Cape Coral, FL, Steve Hockenberry (Sharon) of Hoagland, Linda Minch (Jim) of Geneva, Karen Burgin (Jim) of Fort Wayne and Sheryl Slagle (John) of Bluffton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Goodwin - Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel (3220 IN-124, Bluffton, IN 46714).
Memorial contributions in memory of Rosalee may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
