She is survived by: her children, Edward Cummings of Indianapolis, Anne Cummings-Bridge (Stan), Becky Cummings of Fort Wayne, Therese Cummings and Leo Cummings of Fort Wayne; and her sister Mary Lou Rapczynski (Robert). She is also survived by two grandchildren and five nieces.
