She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herr and Margaret Herr (Keller); her husband Robert Riffling Slocum (Bob); her siblings, Mary, John, Katherine, Helen, Joseph, Bernard, James, Elizabeth and Leo; and her great grandchild Rose Marie.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Slocum (Kara), Shawn Slocum (Marianne), Todd (Lisa), Dawn Wilkening Fort (David) and Nanette Anderson (Dave).
