She was predeceased by: her siblings, Taylor, Cator, David and Vera; and her husband James Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Edwards, Alice Oates (Rudolph), Therice Smith (Edward), Bennie Edwards (Sheryl) and Melvin Thomas (Elnora); and also Sam Shade.
