She is survived by: her mother Jaye Lynne Weikel; her husband Joel M. Green; her children, Nick Strahm, Sara Brown (Terry), Heidi Clark and Destiny Revis; her siblings, Stephen Weikel (Deb), Rebekah Brittsan, Laura Wright (Steven), Sarah Smithers (Greg) and Rhonda Englehart; her siblings-in-law, Donald Green (Charlene), Charlie Green (Cheryl) and Kathy Green; her grandchildren, Braydon McInturf, Eathan McInturf, Eelona Hakes (Cian), Alysa Clark, Izzabela Hakes, Savanna Jewell, Aidyn Hakes, Caleb Richards and Eliza Richards; and her great grandchildren, Roxanne Hakes and Edyn McInturf. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home (1140 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
