He is survived by: his sister Rosie (Pastor Howard Starks); his cousin Ruby (Donald Hughes); his nieces and nephews, Katina (David Washington), Wanda Tanner, Jeremiah Starks and Howard (Emily Starks); his godchildren, Ketron Paschal and Shaniyah Starks; and his close friend Wilbur Lee Starks.
