He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Evans and Mona Evans Ashbaugh (Northrup); and his siblings, Burton Evans and Gail Hodge. He is survived by: his sister Arlene of Canisteo; and his daughters, Cheryl Salisbury (Thayer) of Matsapha, Sandra McCurdy (Robert) of Fort Wayne and Kelly Jo Ealey (Daniel) of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
