He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Towell-McCord; his brother Philip Buchanan (Jo); and his siblings-in-law, Wanda Ballard, Margo Lane and Harold Towell. He is also survived by 5 nephews; 1 niece; 15 step- nephews and nieces.
