With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann Hamilton of Fort Wayne, Indiana, who passed away on May 18, 2026 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Zimmerman and Irene Zimmerman (Rich). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Robert Hamilton (Joan) and Pat Funnell (Byron); her grandchildren, Jacob Surber (Kimling Lam), Shannon Jenks (Aaron), Amanda Schwind (Michael), Caitlin Spaulding (Ethan) and Spenst; and her siblings, Carolyn Baker (Carl), Nancy Zimmerman, Jerry Zimmerman (Sandy) and Wanda Zimmerman. She is also survived by nephew, many nieces and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
