She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Shane Osborn; her siblings, Jerry Hale and Leona Hale; and her parents, Leo Hale and Edna Marie Hale.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Osborn; her children, Ryan Osborn (Jennifer) of Woodburn, IN and Elizabeth Reinig (Ryan) of Fort Wayne, IN; her sisters, Norma Osborn and Karen Hotchkiss (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Spencer Osborn (Jordan), Nicole Osborn and Dawson Reinig; and her great grandchildren, Adelina Osborn and Bailey Osborn.
