It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Emily Kelly of Fort Wayne, Indiana, born in Paulding, Ohio, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rodman and Nellie Rodman (Speakman); her husband R. D. Kelly; and her children, Callan Kelly and Judy Bratten.

She is survived by: her daughter Joan Giebert; and her close friend Billy Oblinger. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Preferred memorials are to St. Michael Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne.
