He is survived by: his parents, Loren Means (Jovetta) of Fort Wayne and Sally Kinsey of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Coni Means Snyder of Fort Wayne, Mitchell Means of Fort Wayne and Jill Adams-Doctor (Ron) of Fort Wayne; his nieces, Kyliah Means and Cassie Enright; and his nephew Landon Means.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be Cancer Services of N.E. Indiana.
