She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert E. Burton and Evelyn Burton; and her brother Thomas E. Burton. She is survived by: her husband James Van Ryn of Fort Wayne, IN; her daughter Angela; her siblings, James C. Burton (Carol) of Quincy, MI and Sandra S. McCoy (James) of LaFountaine, IN; and her grandchildren, Becca, Josh and Ellie.
