Sally Eckrich Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 22, 2026, at the age of 88, Sally Eckrich of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Schenkel and Georgia R. Schenkel (Haaga); her husband Thomas Eckrich, Sr.; her sons, Thomas Eckrich, Jr. and William Eckrich; her grandson Michael Eckrich; and her brothers, Art (Lois Schenkel), Jim (Jan Schenkel) and Jack (Margaret Schenkel).
She is survived by: her cousin Sally (Tom); her close friends, John Wilhelm, Judy Troll and Jane Kearns; her children, Ann Arnold (David), Christopher Eckrich (Carol Ann) and Tony Eckrich (Lora); her daughters-in-law, Katie Eckrich (Shank) and Kathleen Eckrich (Clancy); and her brother Don Schenkel (Carolyn). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
