He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Blotkamp and Leah D. Brilliandt (Malcolm). He is survived by: his stepmother Evelyn Blotkamp of Kendallville, IN; and his siblings, Susan Baldwin (David), Sharon Myers (Michael) of Indianapolis, IN and Scott Fruits (Carey) of Grabill, IN. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews; 13 great nieces and great nephews.
