She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garrison and Vivian Garrison; her husband Ralph E. Mudrack; her son William "Bill" Mudrack; and her sister Madonna "Mae" Bickel.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Mudrack (Cheryl) of Fort Wayne, Michael Mudrack of Fort Wayne, Tony Mudrack (Beth) of Fort Wayne and David Mudrack of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the D. O. McComb and Sons Funeral Homes - Pine Valley (1320 E Dupont Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
