She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Kukelhan and Marcella Kukelhan; and her siblings, Ed Kukelhan, Gary Kukelhan and Michelle Kukelhan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Miller of Fort Wayne, IN and Jennifer Miller of Seminole; her sisters, Debra Glasper of Fort Wayne, IN, Kathleen Griggs (Steve) of Jacksonville, FL and Cheri Bearman (Gil) of Hoagland; her close friend Alfred McDaniel; and her grandchildren, Dusty and Randal Smith.
Memorial donations in her honor may be directed to Foundation Fighting Blindness or National Ataxia Foundation.
