With sadness, we share the passing of Scott David Ray of Fort Wayne, Indiana. Scott, born on December 29, 1970, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Scott for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He is survived by: his parents, Jim Ray and Ann Ray; his sister Michelle Ray; his niece Brittany Ray; and his nephew James Hitchcock.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
In lieu of flowers preferred memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warriors Project or Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana or Impact Melanoma.
