He is survived by: his mother Carol McKinney (Bill); his brothers, Norman Smith (Debbie) and Paul Smith; his nephews, Vaughan Smith and Spencer Smith; and his niece Kennedy. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
