She is survived by: her husband David Bailey; her children, Doug Bailey (Gina) and Shari Cook (Michael Traficanti); her siblings, Tom Lesh and Nancy Perry; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Antinnucci (Chance), Brady Cook, Gabrielle Bailey Hinely (John), Hanna Gehring (Tanner), Lyndsay Bailey, Delaney Bailey and Jake Cook; and her great grandchildren, Emilia, Gianna, Daniella and Elliana.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Gardens Funeral Home (8408 Covington Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46804). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Covington Memorial Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations to be made to the Dr. Fen-Lei Chang Professorship fund at IU School of Medicine-Fort Wayne.
