She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kokosa and Mary Margaret Kokosa; and her brother-in-law David Parrott. She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Parrott, John Kokosa (Cora), Robert Kokosa, Shirley Heeter (Ric) and Susan Hehr (Brian). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the D. O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Foster Park (6301 Fairfield Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46807). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
