She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Uhrick and Dorothy Uhrick. She is survived by: her husband Melvin D. Patrick; her children, Mitchell Patrick (Jody) of Fort Wayne, IN, Sue Denney (Jim), Matthew "Bub" Patrick of Huntington, IN and Sandy Combs (Wayne) of Monroeville, IN; her brother Thomas Uhrick of Fort Wayne, IN.; her grandchildren, Jillian, Kelsey, Mel, Corbin, Stevie, Rachael, Andrew and Trisha; and her great grandchildren, Jarren, Andrew, Allyssa and Jillian.
