He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hoover. He is survived by: his mother Jean Hoover (Boardman); his children, Haley Morken (Drew) and Hayden Hoover (Valerie Hall); his grandson Mason Hoover; and his brother Shane Hoover (Nan West) of Fort Wayne.
