She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stevens and Betty Stevens; and her siblings, Sonny Stevens, Beverly Jo and Clarence Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charity Johnson (Doug) and Cathy Sine; her grandchildren, Kristen Hawkins (Jason), Heather Rivon (Ricky), Taylor Cox (Andrew) of Douglas, Johnson III and Everly Sine; her great grandchild Jason "Jace" Douglas Hawkins; and her sisters, Sandra Guyton (Bim), Grettia Stevens, Ronda Stevens, Deanie Blue Ruby and Peggy Botsford (Paul). She is also survived by twenty-four nieces and nephews; fifty-eight great nieces and nephews; and fourteen great-great nieces and nephews.
